Configuring ClearTrigger (Clearbits.txt)

A clearbits_file is the configuration file used by ClearTrigger. It holds ClearTrigger licensing and region configuration information used to find, enforce and execute ClearTrigger policy for the region. This file must be properly populated prior to running ClearTrigger.
