This portion of the license file contains the path to any
parent clearbits file from the UNIX environment.
When populated the parent clearbits file is evaluated for policy before this
current clearbits file is. Only if the current action is allowed past the policy
defined in the parent clearbits file is this file evaluated further.
This field can be empty (as you do not need to define a parent clearbits file) or
populated with the path to the UNIX Clearbits Parent. Parent paths can be of
several forms:

This field is used to calculate the vendor generated
