Command Comment

This portion of the command_key_definition can prevent all users (or all users except the current VOB owner) from executing a command that does not match some minimum comment restrictions. These users will get a comment dialog when attempting this command without satisfying the comment restriction in the region. This allows a policy maker to quickly enforce a commenting standard within a group of VOBs without creating new triggers.

The pulldown is limited to numbers from -15 to 15 (inclusive). Any number outside of this range can be placed in the file manually. The meaning of positive integers, negative integers and zero are defined below:
